π Location: Sheraton, Cairo
π Working Hours: From 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM β 5 days/week
π Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Freight β Export professional to manage end-to-end export freight operations, coordinate with shipping lines and airlines, and ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and client follow-up within a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Send price requests to shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents
β’ Review shipment documents and revise data as needed
β’ Issue bookings with shipping lines and airlines
β’ Handle the full export process including S/I, VGM, tracking & tracing
β’ Follow up with clients regarding export operation status
β’ Prepare and manage daily freight operation reports
β’ Review shipping documents such as B/L and ensure compliance with shipping procedures
β’ Coordinate internally to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution
π― Job Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
β’ 2β5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations
β’ Strong experience in Export operations (Sea & Air)
β’ Very good knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures
β’ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments
β’ Strong time management and task organization skills
β’ Effective communication and client-handling skills
β’ Very good reporting and follow-up capabilities
