ACROW FORMWORK TECHNOLOGY is looking for a talented Senior Demand Planning Engineer to join our Supply Chain team.
If you have a passion for demand forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain planning, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
✔ +3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a similar role.
✔ Strong knowledge of Demand Planning and S&OP processes.
✔ Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
✔ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
✔ Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and market demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support inventory optimization and product availability.
• Participate in the monthly S&OP process and continuous improvement initiatives.
