Job Overview
We seek a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in end-to-end activities, liaison with internal/external partners, and drive regional targets.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist with customer inquiries, quotations, contracts, and lead follow-ups across African markets
– Process orders, coordinate production/logistics for on-time shipment of equipment/spare parts.
– Prepare export docs (invoices and packing list etc…) and ensure compliance with African regulations (e.g., Egypt ACID number, Incoterms).
– Liaise with finance/logistics (CargoX) for payments, shipping, and share updates with teams/headquarters.
– Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business/International Trade/Logistics.
– Recent graduate from top class university in Cairo, English fluent.
– Familiar with international trade regulations, African customs procedures is a plus
– Proficient in MS Office;
– Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;
