Sales Executive – Air Export Operations Manager At NIS Logistics

NIS Logistics is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join our team for the following positions:

1️⃣ Sales Executive  – Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a strong sales and business development professional with a proven track record in customer acquisition, business growth, and increasing Gross Profit.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics.
• Proven experience in selling Air, Ocean, and Land Freight services.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts.
• Strong network of relationships with importers, exporters, trading companies, and manufacturers.
• Ability to prepare and present quotations, negotiate with customers, and close deals.
• Good understanding of freight pricing, costs, profitability, and Gross Profit.
• Ability to manage and follow up the Sales Pipeline, from lead generation to closing.
• Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; CRM / ERP experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and achieve results.

2️⃣ Air Export Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Air Export Operations Manager with strong operational and leadership skills to manage and oversee our air export operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics.
• Solid experience in Air Export Operations within the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of the complete air export process, from booking to final shipment departure.
• Experience dealing with Airlines, GSA, Handling Agents, and Overseas Agents.
• Good knowledge of AWB / HAWB, export documentation, customs procedures, and cargo handling.
• Ability to manage and supervise the operations team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Strong coordination skills with customers, airlines, agents, and internal departments.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple shipments and operational priorities simultaneously.
