Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our multinational team in Cairo – Makram Ebeid.
Experience: 3–5 years in Ocean Freight / Freight Forwarding
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, both online and manually.
- Execute and monitor shipments from start to finish, including documentation, invoicing, and file closing.
- Coordinate effectively with colleagues and teams across different countries.
- Handle shipment pricing based on different Incoterms.
- Prepare reports and work efficiently with Microsoft Office.
- Handle various types of cargo, including Dry, Reefer, Dangerous Goods, and Special Cargo.
- Follow up on shipments requiring attention during weekends when necessary.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding / ocean freight operations.
- Good knowledge of shipping lines and international freight operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

📍 Location: Makram Ebeid, Cairo
🕘 Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
🏖️ Friday & Saturday: Days off
Occasional weekend follow-up may be required for shipments that need urgent attention.
