We’re Hiring: Sales & Customer Success Coordinator (Automotive Spare Parts)
Do you have a knack for building customer relationships and a passion for the automotive world? Vinzone is looking for a proactive Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to join our team in New Cairo.
In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our customers and our technical team, managing the entire customer journey from the first inquiry to the final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact via WhatsApp, website, social media, and phone. Collect vehicle details (VIN) and prioritize requests based on urgency.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Purchasing/Pricing team to get accurate costs and prepare professional quotes via Odoo.
Sales Conversion: Follow up on quotations, handle customer objections, and “close” the sale by providing clear value propositions.
Order & Relationship Management: Coordinate payments, keep customers updated on shipment status, and conduct post-delivery checks to ensure satisfaction.
Feedback Loop: Analyze why quotations are rejected to help us improve our competitiveness and service.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive spare parts and the critical importance of VIN accuracy.
Software Skills: Experience with Odoo (CRM, Sales, Invoicing) is a major plus.
Communication: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Soft Skills: High level of patience, a “soft-selling” approach, and extreme attention to detail.
Mindset: A true “closer” who is proactive, organized, and doesn’t wait for customers to come to them.
