📍 Job Location: Factory-based – Kom Oshim, Fayoum
- Sales & Customer Service Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop customer relationships after order confirmation
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production – Logistics – Finance) to ensure smooth order execution
- Support business development activities and contribute to sales growth
- Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
Requirements:
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years of experience (Female candidate required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email handling
- Practical, problem-solving personality

- Inventory Control & Classification Supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic inventory counts
- Classify and organize products and items
- Record and update inventory data on systems or Excel sheets
- Prepare inventory reports and submit them regularly to management
- Supervise the team during inventory and packing processes
Requirements:
- Relevant higher education degree
- Acceptable level of English
- 1–3 years of experience (mandatory in manufacturing)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Practical, problem-solving personality
