Job Summary:
Shanawany Group is seeking a highly experienced Export Section Head to lead and manage export operations, develop new international markets, and drive export sales growth in line with the company’s expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end export operations from order receipt to final delivery
Identify and penetrate new international markets to increase export volume
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors
Handle all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping documents)
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehousing, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations
Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
Stay updated on international trade laws, customs regulations, and compliance requirements
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth
Prepare periodic reports on export performance and market insights
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the food industry
Proven track record in developing export markets and increasing sales
Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in dealing with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP knowledge is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred:
Experience in GCC, African, or European markets
Residents of 10th of Ramadan City or nearby areas
