“Risk Management Lead” is needed to be hired for a Multinational Construction Company in hashtag#Egypt

• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management – Mandatory
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or large capital projects – Mandatory
• Master’s degree in Project Management, Risk Management, or Engineering Management – Preferred
• Extensive hands-on experience may substitute postgraduate studies – Preferred

🔹 Certifications:
• RMP (Risk Management Professional) or equivalent – Strongly Preferred
• PMP – Advantage
• Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) / Monte Carlo Simulation – Advantage

🔹 Core Responsibilities:
• Establish and govern risk registers across projects/programs
• Lead structured risk identification workshops (multi-disciplinary teams)
• Perform qualitative & quantitative risk assessments
• Link risks to cost, schedule, and contingency planning
• Provide risk governance in a PMC or client-side environment
• Develop executive-level risk dashboards and reports
• Support risk-based decision-making and project controls integration
