This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple healthcare facilities across Egypt, driving operational excellence, financial sustainability, clinical quality, and an exceptional patient experience.
-Key Responsibilities:-
Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Drive operational excellence while ensuring the achievement of financial, quality, and patient experience objectives.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance healthcare services.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and growth plans.
Monitor and improve key operational and financial performance indicators.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and corporate governance.
-Qualifications & Experience:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBCh/MBBS) is required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital administration and healthcare management.
Demonstrated success in leading healthcare operations within hospitals or integrated healthcare systems.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex healthcare environments.
Strong strategic planning, operational management, and performance improvement capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Previous experience overseeing multiple hospitals or healthcare facilities is highly preferred.
