Elixir Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our factory team.
Work Location: Sadat City, Menoufia.
The key responsibilities of the job would be:
-Manage the full purchasing cycle (sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing execution)
-Conduct regular market visits to identify and evaluate suppliers and products
-Physically inspect materials and compare quality, pricing, and specifications
-Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors
-Negotiate best prices, terms, and delivery timelines
-Ensure timely availability of materials to support smooth factory operations
-Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
-2–4 years of experience in procurement
-Experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
-Strong knowledge of the local market and suppliers
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills
-Hands-on, proactive, and willing to work in a field-based role
