We’re Hiring | Quality Section Head

At PerfectPro Facilities Management S.A.E, we are looking for a Quality Section Head with proven experience in the Facility Management Sector to lead and strengthen our quality management systems across our operations.

Quality is the core of everything we deliver, and as we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional who is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Lead internal & external audits and manage CAPA processes
• Monitor quality KPIs and report performance to management
• Handle customer complaints and non-conformance investigations
• Lead and develop the quality team while maintaining proper documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience in quality management
• Experience in the Facility Management Sector is a must
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and auditing processes
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
