🔍 We’re Hiring: Packhouse Supervisor(Quality, Production, Procurement )- (Fruit Packing Station)

Are you passionate about leading Packhouse operations in a fast-paced, export-focused environment? INRIPE is seeking an experienced **Packhouse Supervisor** to oversee our production, quality control, and logistics teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fresh fruit to international markets.
About the role:
As a key leader in our operations, you will manage daily Packhouse activities, coordinate with procurement and logistics, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and support our mission to provide premium Egyptian produce globally.
What you will do:
– Supervise daily packing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
– Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely product handling and shipment preparation.
– Monitor and maintain inventory levels within the Packhouse, utilizing ERP systems like Odoo.
– Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet export standards.
– Manage team schedules, training, and performance to foster a productive work environment.
– Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
– Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure smooth product flow from farm to export.
– Handle documentation and order fulfillment processes.
– Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Packhouse operations.
– React quickly to operational challenges, adjusting plans proactively.
What we are looking for:
– 6-8 years of experience in Packhouse supervision, production management, or related roles in fresh produce or export industries.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Experience with quality control, inventory management, and ERP systems like Odoo.
– Knowledge of FIFO and other inventory management principles.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across departments.
– Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field. Certifications in food safety or management are a plus.
– Experience working with exports to Egypt, UAE, and Qatar markets is preferred.
