Duties and Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Develop production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Technical Supervision: Monitor forming, welding, and cutting (CNC/laser) processes and ensure compliance with specifications.
Efficiency Improvement: Minimize raw material waste (scrap) and optimize resource utilization.
Team Management: Lead and train engineers and technicians, enhancing their production skills.
Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment and machinery are ready for operation.
Quality and Safety: Implement international quality standards and occupational health and safety requirements within the factory.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (production mechanics).
Experience: At least six (6) years in the metal industry (preferably with prior experience in metal furniture manufacturing/metal structures/cable tray manufacturing).
Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and design software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, capable of making decisions and solving complex manufacturing problems.
