About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Projects Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our procurement, logistics, and import/export operations, with a strong emphasis on navigating the Egyptian regulatory landscape and digital government platforms. Your main goal will be ensuring the smooth flow of materials and on-time project execution.

📍Key Responsibilities & Duties :
Import & Customs Operations: Manage the full import/export cycle utilizing Egypt’s Nafeza platform, including securing ACID numbers prior to shipping, and coordinating daily with customs brokers at Egyptian ports (Sokhna, Alexandria, Cairo Airport, etc.).

Government Platforms & Compliance: Ensure all local suppliers comply with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations via the E-Invoicing and E-Receipt systems to secure valid financial documentation.

Tenders & Public Procurement: Monitor, prepare, and upload technical and financial proposals on the Government Procurement Portal for governmental projects.

Banking Logistics: Coordinate with the finance team and Egyptian banks to manage Letters of Credit (LCs), collection documents, and ensure the issuance of Form 4 for customs clearance.

Tender Bonds Management: Liaise with banks to issue and track Primary Tender Bonds and Performance/Advance Payment Bonds.

Local Logistics & Freight: Partner with local transport companies to arrange inland trucking from ports/suppliers to various project sites, ensuring necessary road and security permits are secured for heavy or specialized cargo.

Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to optimize cost and lead times.

📍Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience as a Supply Chain or Logistics Coordinator, preferably handling project-based procurement in Egypt.

Solid hands-on experience with Nafeza, E-Invoicing systems, and Government Tenders.

Strong understanding of Egyptian customs regulations, bank Form 4 mechanisms, and shipping documents.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
