Production Section Head “Ain Sokhna”

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Section Head to join our team and lead our production operations effectively.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently achieved.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to maximize performance.
• Monitor production KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure an efficient production workflow.
• Identify production issues and implement effective corrective actions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Production.
• Strong background in the FMCG sector is required.
• Proven experience in team leadership and production management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of production processes, KPIs, quality, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
