We’re Hiring: Production & Planning Manager

Cloud is one of Egypt’s fastest-growing fashion retail brands, currently scaling aggressively across retail & e-commerce, and we’re looking for a high-level Production & Planning Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a senior managerial role with full ownership over production operations, planning, sourcing, inventory flow, quality control, and margin efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading production planning & collection execution
• Managing sourcing, supplier relations & factory negotiations
• Owning inventory planning, replenishment & stock flow
• Monitoring costing, profitability & gross margins
• Managing QC operations & production standards
• Ensuring on-time launches across retail & e-commerce
• Building operational systems, reporting & process improvements
• Leading cross-functional coordination between production, warehouse, retail & e-commerce teams
• Managing production risks, delays & operational bottlenecks

We’re looking for someone with:

✔ Strong managerial experience in fashion/apparel production
✔ Strong analytical & operational mindset
✔ Experience handling large production volumes & multiple suppliers
✔ Strong leadership, ownership & decision-making skills
✔ Ability to perform under pressure in a high-growth environment
✔ Deep understanding of inventory planning, costing & production efficiency
