Eagle-Chemicals Group is looking for a Maintenance and Production Senior Engineer to join the maintenance and production team.

🕒 Full-time | On-site


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily production activities and maintenance operations
* Optimize production planning and process efficiency
* Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
* Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
* Lead teams and manage resources effectively

Qualifications:

– Strong background in Production Engineering & Production Planning
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience with quality control systems and process optimization
– Strong communication and leadership abilities
– Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and standards
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
– Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage
