Production & Planning Manager
Alpha Textile – Free Zone, Amreya (Alexandria – EGYPT)
We are looking for a professional leader capable of managing and developing the entire production planning system, ensuring maximum operational efficiency across the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Full management of Master Production Schedule (MPS)
Develop and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Capacity planning and production line balancing
Effective coordination between production, purchasing, warehouse, and quality departments to achieve operational targets
Continuous improvement, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement
Requirements:
10–12 years of experience in production planning and management (preferably in garments/textiles industry)
Strong leadership skills with high decision-making ability
Excellent cross-functional coordination and integration skills
Experience working with ERP systems and production data analysis
