Industrial Engineer At Asfour Crystal

Asfour Crystal International is seeking to appoint a high-caliber Industrial Engineer to join the Industrial Engineering Department and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive time and motion studies and analyze production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with operational standards.
– Support project monitoring activities, ensuring adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
– Prepare professional reports, performance analyses, workflow charts, and documentation to support strategic decision-making.
– Assess workplace environments and develop operational standards aligned with production requirements and organizational capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a strong preference for Industrial Engineering.
– 2 : 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
– Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
– High proficiency in MS Office applications and MS Project.
