Bedaya for Writing Instruments Manufacturing is looking for a Production Planning Engineer to join our team.
We are seeking an engineer with hands-on manufacturing experience, strong planning and data analysis skills, and the ability to achieve production targets efficiently.
🎯 Requirements :

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Production, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 🏭 2–7 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• 💻 Practical experience with ERP Systems.
• ⭐ Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• 📋 Experience in preparing and monitoring production plans.
• 📊 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production data analysis.
• 🔎 Ability to monitor production orders and analyze deviations.
• 🧠 Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• ⏱️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Monitor Plan vs. Actual and analyze results.
• Create and follow up on production orders through ERP / Odoo.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
• Monitor production requirements and production capacity.
• Analyze the root causes of delays and deviations and recommend appropriate solutions.
