Director of Fleet Maintenance & Workshop

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, availability, and operational readiness of our fleet, including buses, limousines, and HiAce vehicles.

Key_Responsibilities

*Lead and manage all workshop and fleet-maintenance activities.
*Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
*Ensure maximum vehicle availability and minimum operational downtime.
*Supervise workshop managers, maintenance engineers, technicians, and support teams.
*Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and performance targets.
Monitor vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing, and technical records.
*Manage workshop capacity, manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Requirements.

*Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
*[10+] years of experience in fleet maintenance, workshops, or transportation services.
*Proven experience managing buses, limousines, HiAce vehicles, or a mixed commercial fleet.
*Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
*Experience managing workshops, technicians, suppliers, and spare parts.
*Good knowledge of fleet-management systems and maintenance reporting.
*Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to analyze maintenance data and prepare performance reports.
*Strong understanding of QHSE and fleet-safety requirements.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance-management systems.
