We Are Hiring! 💼Production & Follow-up Planner 📍 Industry: Garment ManufacturingWe are a leading garment manufacturing company, and we are currently looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Production & Follow-up Planner to join our team.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Material Verification: Ensure the complete availability and readiness of all fabrics and accessories in the warehouse before starting any process.📐 Consumption Review: Review and calculate consumption rates accurately prior to the cutting stage to minimize waste and optimize material utilization.📑 Job Orders: Issue and track official production job orders according to set timelines.🔄 Production Tracking: Monitor the workflow of orders step-by-step through production lines to prevent bottlenecks or delays.✅ Inter-Department Handover: Ensure that various departments receive the orders 100% complete and matching the required specifications.📦 Final Delivery: Track the completion of orders and ensure their full delivery to the Finished Goods Store (Final Store) on time.📊 Reporting: Prepare periodic reports regarding order status, completion rates, and inventory updates.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications:
⏱️ Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the same role within a ready-made garment (RMG) manufacturing environment.🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or a related field is preferred).💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and familiar with ERP systems/planning software.🤝 Soft Skills: High accuracy, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
