Amanda Milano for Cosmetics immediately hiring: Production Engineer
Responsibilities
• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resources.
• Manage manpower utilization and production scheduling to meet customer requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical (, or science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production of cosmetics and personal care field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Continuous Improvement tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
