Key Responsibilities:
• Visit furniture markets and showrooms, as well as research online platforms to source furniture and accessories for projects.
• Request, review, and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for project requirements.
• Review furniture technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Issue tax invoices and coordinate with the finance department regarding payments.
• Communicate and coordinate with local suppliers and international manufacturers, including factories in China, for pricing and procurement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or furniture procurement.
• Background or knowledge in furniture manufacturing and furniture markets.
• Ability to review and understand furniture technical drawings.
• Good command of English for communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
