You will be responsible for sourcing goods and services to support business operations and project delivery, ensuring best value while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

โœ… Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers

โœ… Negotiate pricing, terms, and procurement contracts

โœ… Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation

โœ… Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues

โœ… Ensure quality compliance for delivered goods and services

โœ… Manage inventory needs and forecast demand

โœ… Support project procurement requirements

โœ… Develop strategic sourcing initiatives

โœ… Maintain accurate procurement records

โœ… Ensure adherence to policies and regulations

โœ… Stay updated on market trends and cost-saving opportunities

๐Ÿ”น Requirements

โœ” Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

โœ” 3โ€“5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the technology or system integration industry

โœ” Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

โœ” Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

โœ” Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Odoo experience is a plus
