About the Role
House Babylon is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Sales Specialist to oversee product development, supplier coordination, logistics, internal operations, and business development. This is a multi-functional role bridging procurement, production, project management, and sales to ensure smooth delivery of our premium lifestyle products while contributing to the growth of Studio Babylon.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Management
- Coordinate across design, production, and logistics to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Track timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure smooth execution across teams.
Production & Quality Coordination
- Manage production schedules and follow up with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure timely execution.
- Follow up on contracts, production milestones, and deliverables.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Create and manage purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the finance team to ensure smooth processing and timely payments.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
Logistics & Inventory
- Coordinate shipments, warehouse operations, and store deliveries.
- Support logistics planning for events and special projects.
Studio Babylon Orders
- Manage all Studio Babylon orders where House Babylon acts as the supplier.
- Coordinate production, fulfilment, and delivery processes.
Sales & Business Development
- Support the growth of Studio Babylon by identifying and developing new client opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and partners.
- Contribute to achieving Studio Babylon sales targets and expanding the client base.
- Receive a 2.5% commission on the value of Studio Babylon orders generated and successfully secured by the employee.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, operations, project management, sales, or supply chain.
- Experience in fashion, interiors, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Adaptability and flexibility to support evolving business needs.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operations tools.
