We’re Hiring — Ocean Freight Commercial Specialist | Cairo, Egypt
At First Global Logistics, we’ve been handling sea freight across the world’s major trade lanes for more than 20 years. As a reputable Freight forwarder in Egypt with Branches in Alexandria (H.O), Cairo, and Port Said —we’re now looking for a driven commercial professional in the field to support our Growth .
The Role
This is a commercial seat, not a support role. You’ll be responsible for developing ocean freight business, managing client and carrier relationships, competing — and winning — in a market where relationships and pricing intelligence are everything .
The right person knows that in ocean freight, your value is directly tied to the business you bring in through the buy/sell work efficiency and consistency . We reward that accordingly: a solid base salary plus a commission structure designed to grow meaningfully as your commercial input grows.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in ocean freight — forwarding or shipping line background welcome .
Established relationships with shipping lines (direct liner contacts are a strong advantage) .
Hands-on experience with overseas agent networks and cross-border coordination .
Confident with FCL/LCL pricing, freight rate negotiations, surcharges, and carrier procurement .
Understands the commercial mechanics of freight forwarding — not just operations .
Very good to fluent English .
