“Procurement Manager”
An Egyptian Stock Market company with Wind Energy is looking to hire “Procurement Manager” to join in the head office at New Cairo.
An experienced procurement professional passionate about renewable energy and looking to contribute to the future of sustainable power .
Results-driven Person directly reporting to CFO to join a growing company in the wind energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and business objectives.
-Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and supplier evaluation to negotiation, contracting, and delivery.
-Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with local and international suppliers.
-Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and contractual conditions while maintaining quality standards.
-Ensure timely procurement of equipment, materials, spare parts, and services required for wind energy projects.
-Monitor supplier performance, market trends, lead times, and procurement risks.
-Collaborate with project management, engineering, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably within renewable energy, wind power, power generation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
-Strong experience in supplier sourcing, strategic negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
-Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
-Ability to lead and influence a team.
Very good command of English.
Experience dealing with international suppliers and technical equipment is highly preferred.
