Requirements: • Engineering background is required.
- Strong experience in Construction & MEP Procurement.
- Previous experience in the Saudi market is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment & subcontractor procurement.
- Proven track record in cost reduction, strategic sourcing & supplier negotiation.
- Experience in Value Engineering and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation skills.
