We are currently seeking experienced professionals to fill the following position for our Cairo Branch:
Procurement Sector Head (Cairo Branch)
Role Overview:
The Sector Head will provide strategic leadership and oversight for operational and administrative sectors within the Cairo branch and responsible about all requestes and sectors required from Cairo branch .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and evaluate daily operations across assigned sectors to ensure performance.
Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the university’s institutional goals.
Foster collaboration between academic and administrative departments to streamline workflows.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational risk mitigation.
Ensure strict compliance with higher education regulations and internal university policies.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of progressive managerial experience, preferably within a reputable higher education institution or a large corporate sector.
organizational leadership, and team management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
High proficiency in ERP procurement modules and data analysis preferred Zoho System
