✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing within the construction industry.
Strong experience in sourcing construction materials, negotiating with vendors, and managing the end-to-end procurement cycle.
Proven track record in developing supplier databases, conducting detailed price comparison sheets, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
Proficiency in preparing Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, and procurement schedules.
Strong MS Office skills (expert in Excel); knowledge of ERP systems and AutoCAD is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of the local market, supplier networks, and current material costs in Egypt.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to meet project timelines.
