We’re looking for a “Planning Section Head ” to join our team.

About us:
Jazeera Paints Egypt is a leading manufacturing of Paints located in 10th of Ramadan, Sharqia.

Job Description:
Develop and manage a raw material scheduling plan that aligns with the production schedule.
Assess forecasted and confirmed sales orders to determine raw material requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and validity of raw materials and plan capacity needs to support the production schedule.
Supervise the execution of the raw material plan and resolve any issues that arise.
Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Monitor daily raw material usage and track consumption rates.
Coordinate and schedule raw material processes to meet production order specifications.
Identify and address capacity constraints and bottlenecks in partnership with production and procurement teams, coordinating solutions both internally and externally.
Establish and oversee ERP system parameters, including the management of safety stock levels for raw material inventories.
Collaborate with relevant departments on new product development and enhancements to existing products, ensuring optimal raw material stock levels are always maintained.
Evaluate and adjust raw material plans in response to production schedules, design modifications, material shortages, and in coordination with management, procurement, and production teams.
Monitor and manage inventory levels effectively.
Support the procurement department in identifying new suppliers and managing existing supplier relationships to meet production requirements.
Ensure regular communication of raw material status to procurement, planning, sales, and production managers.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the Planning Section.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Generate and analyse reports and statistics on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and halt any actions that contradict these requirements.
Ensure that employees under supervision comply with HSE instructions.
Exercise authority to make decisions affecting environmental impact and occupational safety and health.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration.
Computer skills (very good) (Microsoft – operating systems).
Strong knowledge of procurement management.
English (very good).
Strong knowledge of ISO certifications.
SAP user is a must
Paints Background is a must
