Job Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate local suppliers to obtain the best quality and prices.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to secure competitive offers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to assess product needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent supply shortages.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to delays or damaged goods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in local purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and market conditions.
