PROCUREMENT AND PLANNING SPECIALIST
Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities
Source and qualify pharmaceutical suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and services.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and lead times while ensuring GMP compliance.
Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning for production needs.
Coordinate with QA, Production, Regulatory, and Warehouse departments.
Perform cost analysis and support budget planning.
Maintain procurement records and update ERP system (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Procurement or Planning within Pharmaceutical Companies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical materials, suppliers, and regulatory requirements.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
Advanced Excel and data analysis.
English: Fluent – written and spoken.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to work under pressure.
