Job Description:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms
- Create and process purchase orders in line with company policies
- Maintain and update supplier database and pricing records
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations/warehouse to avoid shortages
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Prepare comparative price analyses and procurement reports
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation
- Coordinate with finance for invoice matching and payment follow-up
- Identify opportunities for cost saving and process improvement
- Facilities & Operations Administrator responsible for overseeing all maintenance, repairs, and modifications across offices, showrooms, and factory, general infrastructure.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1-2 Years Experience needed
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
