Planning Section Head (FMCG)
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading demand and supply planning activities to ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and align production with market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage demand forecasting and production planning
– Ensure optimal inventory levels and stock availability
– Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Procurement teams
– Analyze data and improve planning efficiency
– Lead and develop the planning team
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
– 5+ years experience in FMCG planning
– Strong analytical and leadership skills
– Good knowledge of ERP systems & Excel
