Now Hiring – Logistics Team Leader
We are looking for a strong, hands-on professional to join our Mansoura branch as a key driver of operational performance and data-driven decision making.
This role combines data analysis with real on-ground logistics leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze daily logistics & delivery performance data
* Build reports and insights to improve efficiency and reduce errors
* Lead and support transportation & delivery teams on the ground
* Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, completion rate, and shortages
* Identify operational gaps and suggest practical improvements
* Coordinate between operations, fulfillment, and transportation teams
🔹 Requirements:
* Strong Data Analysis skills (Excel is a must, Power BI is a plus)
* Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain operations
* Leadership mindset with ability to manage field teams
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
📍 Location: Maxab E-Commerce ( Mansoura Branch )
