“Planning & Merchandising Manager” is needed to be hired for a very well known international Readymade Garments Company in hashtag#Alexandria
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering preferred
· 5+ years of experience in textile production planning and merchandising
· Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and production tracking systems
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· V. Good command of English
· Strong leadership and team management skills
Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
· Coordinate with production, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Plan material requirements (fabrics, accessories, and other raw materials).
· Monitor production performance and track key KPIs such as efficiency, waste, and delivery timelines.
· Oversee merchandising activities and ensure order specifications meet customer requirements.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning and operational processes.
