🔷Job description:

1. Develop and implement detailed production plans based on available capacity and customer requirements.
2. Ensure knowledge and understanding of furniture products manufactured from both natural and industrial wood.
3. Monitor and manage all production stages.
4. Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
5. Maintain awareness of operating times and ensure optimization of production efficiency.
6. Track work orders, production progress, and ensure alignment with delivery deadlines.
7. Generate reports and analysis on production performance for management review.

🔷Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in production planning within the furniture or wood industry (mandatory).
3. Strong knowledge of production cycles, capacity planning, and operational scheduling.
4. Previous experience working with ERP systems (preferred).
