Pharmaceutical Procurement Specialist
We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Procurement Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure pharmaceutical products and medical supplies from approved suppliers.
Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
Issue and follow up on purchase orders until delivery is completed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors.
Monitor product availability and ensure continuous supply of essential items.
Analyze purchasing trends and prepare procurement reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Identify new sourcing opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or supply chain (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement.
Strong knowledge of the Egyptian pharmaceutical market and key suppliers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location: 5 th settlement
Employment Type: Full-time
