- Overview: As a Pharma Inventory Management Specialist, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, managing the critical inventory of pharmaceutical goods. Your precision and dedication will ensure that our products are always available, optimally stored, and efficiently dispatched, directly contributing to patient well-being across the region.
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Optimize Stock Levels: Proactively track and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste for pharmaceutical products.
- Order Processing & Coordination: Efficiently manage purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain impeccable records of inventory movements, ensuring data integrity within our ERP systems.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inventory audits and implement quality control measures specific to pharmaceutical storage and handling.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate inventory reports and contribute to analysis that drives continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.
- Supplier Relations: Assist in managing relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all purchasing activities.
- Skills & Technologies: This role demands a blend of organizational prowess and technical aptitude. You will leverage your expertise in Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Optimization. Familiarity with Pharma Industry Knowledge and ERP Systems is highly valued. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, coupled with exceptional Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving abilities, will be key to your success.
