- – Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily tour operations, including basic coordination and scheduling tasks.
- Assist in ensuring tours depart and return on time.
- Help monitor cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with team members and report any site-related concerns.
- Assist in handling minor on-site issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors.
- Support sales activities on-site and contribute to achieving team targets.
- Help prepare basic daily reports and update operational records.
- Identify and share customer feedback with the team.
- Ensure a friendly and welcoming experience for visitors.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Follow assigned schedules and attendance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and instructions.
- Follow safety procedures and report any incidents immediately.
