Operations Officer At Kabs Fit Factory

We are looking for a hiring an Operations Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Coordinate between departments (sales, warehouse, procurement, and customer service)
• Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, suppliers, and deliveries
• Ensure proper storage and handling of dietary supplements in compliance with health and safety standards
• Track and analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports
• Handle logistics, shipping, and order fulfillment processes
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
• Support the development and improvement of internal processes and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist in demand planning and forecasting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
