For hiring the following position.
– Operation Executive (experience 2-5years in freight forwarder) is must
– Coordinate with the shipping companies to collect, ship and deliver the imported items
– Recommend the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions
– Follow up with the Sales, courier, and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for import / export shipments
– Daily update the transactions follow up sheet and ensure that all data is accurate and updated
– Audit export loading shipments ( containers, packaging, labeling, etc..)
– Prepare work orders and communicates directly with the export inland transportation
– Prepare daily and monthly reports
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
– Excellent command of English language
– Excellent in MS applications especially Excel
