As part of our continued growth, Velocity Construction Company is looking for experienced and talented professionals to join our team across multiple disciplines.

Open Positions:

1- Architectural Engineering Manager (15+ Years of Experience):
• Proven experience leading architectural teams in construction projects.
• Strong background in project coordination, technical reviews, site support, and design management.

2- Senior Architects (7+ Years of Experience):
• Experience in technical office activities, shop drawings, construction detailing, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination.

3- Junior Architects (2+ Years of Experience):
• Experience in technical office activities, shop drawings, quantity take-off, and project coordination is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of Revit is a plus.

4- Electrical Engineers – Site & Technical Office (5+ Years of Experience)
• Experience in site execution, technical office activities, quantity take-off, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in construction projects.

5- Mechanical Engineers – Site & Technical Office (5+ Years of Experience)
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, site execution, and MEP coordination.

6- Junior Procurement & Tender Engineers (2+ Years of Experience)
• Experience in supplier coordination, RFQs, procurement activities, and tender documentation.

7- Senior Procurement & Tender Engineers (5–10+ Years of Experience)
• Strong experience in procurement management, tendering processes, supplier negotiations, subcontractor evaluation, and cost optimization.

8- Freelance / Part-Time CAD Draftsmen
Required Specializations:
• Architecture
• Structural Engineering

• Civil

Requirements:
• Excellent AutoCAD skills are mandatory.
• Ability to deliver accurate drawings and meet deadlines.

General Requirements
• Previous experience in construction projects is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
