Role Description
- Lead, motivate, and support a large MEP team within a fast-paced, high-demand environment, including performance management, career development, and issue resolution.
- Oversee project execution progress, ensuring alignment with targets, cost control, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Coordinate closely with Contracts, Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and HSE teams to ensure full compliance with project requirements.
- Manage manpower and productivity in accordance with contract documents and approved method statements.
- Ensure effective implementation of MEP construction processes, standards, and best practices across all projects.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement workflows, procedures, and process improvements across the MEP function.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to company and project standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the MEP field .
- At least 3 years in a similar leadership role on large-scale (Giga) projects.
