MECHANICAL PLANNING ENGINEER
Job Role
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Plan shutdown and turnaround activities.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs.
• Coordinate spare parts requirements.
• Maintain CMMS records.
• Prepare maintenance work orders.
• Support maintenance budgeting activities.
• Track maintenance execution progress.
• Coordinate contractor activities.
• Prepare planning and performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Requirements & Behavioral Competencies
• CMMS proficiency.
• Planning and scheduling expertise.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organization and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail.
Preferred Industry Background
Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Industrial Manufacturing.
Required Experience
4–8 Years.
