Key Responsibilities:
- Review, organize, and prioritize incoming maintenance tickets.
- Dispatch maintenance technicians to required locations efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up on ongoing tasks to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting when needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- This role follows Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Working hours in Egypt:
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, or
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
