🎯 Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
* 3–7 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of maintenance planning and reliability concepts
* Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
